The ISO 9001 Quality Management System ensures that certified companies implement a structured set of procedures that validates the delivery of a quality service to its customers. Once a company has met the required standard, it lays the foundation to provide better customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.
Certification is usually achieved in 3-6 months and is conducted in two stages. Stage 1 audit involves the checking of written Quality Management Systems and procedures to ensure they meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Once these requirements have been met, an independent third party auditor will check the company’s historical records to ensure that the company is working to the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.
Our Quality Management System is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) who are appointed by the government as the national accreditation body for the United Kingdom.
Annual audits are conducted by an independent third party auditor to test the competence and integrity of our Quality Management System and validate all of our policies and procedures continue to meet the ISO Standard.
Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the provision of a quality service. Customers can therefore be assured of the delivery of an end to end service that is efficient, reliable and substantiated.
